Join Senator Don DeWitte and State Representative Dan Ugaste as they bring a mobile unit from the Secretary of State’s office to the South Elgin branch of the Gail Borden Library on July 13. Visitors will be able to switch out their plastic IPASS transponders for the new sticker technology for FREE!
